Experienced in delivering technology platform within change programmes – strategic and tactical – to support delivering business goals and benefits. I have worked with all delivery models – onshore/offshore, in-house/external, package and systems integration.

Strong in defining, winning support for, mobilizing and delivering strategies and programmes. In particular, I have strong experience of working collaboratively with the business sponsors and other change programmes in building up support.

Working collaboratively with business sponsors to define the operating model – and the technology role within IT and technology impact on and how it is impacted by the other parts of the operating model. Ensuring there is full technology participation in all the change management activities – communications, training, data clean-up, migration and transition.
